I am a first-gen statistician and researcher interested in using statistics and creative thinking to leverage clever solutions for modern day problems. I truly believe that a lot of good can be done in the world by facing problems with empathy and maintaining a bird’s eye view.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, where I then went to complete my B.S. at UC Santa Barbara where I double majored in environmental studies and statistics with dean’s honors in 2018. Immediately after graduating, I worked in San Francisco as a data scientist for 2 years at RAPP—before starting my masters in statistics at UC Santa Cruz in 2020. My master’s thesis focused on survey statistics and I was advised by Paul Parker. I graduated cum laude with my masters in statistics in September 2022. I have lived mainly in LA, SB, Copenhagen, and SF.
Aside from statistics, I enjoy painting, reading, exercising, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones! Feel free to reach out for work collaborations or exciting opportunities.
